Our full payment pre order policy is very simple and straight forward, you may place your pre order item by submit the non-refundable deposit, and once the item is in stock, we will ship the item immediately.
The reason of pre ordering is because some of the item might only produced in limited quantity; therefore we might not have the 'pre order item' in stock when it has released, so by placing your pre order, we will 100% guarantee reserve them for you.
All pre order item post will state the release period; please do understand the risk of being delay before placing your pre order, and we are not responsible and accept the deposit refund due to release schedule is being delay. At last, all pre order deposit are not refundable

Return will be eligible if item is found to have defect or missing parts, we will require evidence or photos proof by email us to firstname.lastname@example.org ; and we will try to resend you the missing part or arrange the return shipping.
We will not accept any return under below condition:
-improper use or lack of maintenance
-opened and used items
However, we will responsible for the shipping if:
you have received a totally different item from what you have paid for
