Our full payment pre order policy is very simple and straight forward, you may place your pre order item by submit the non-refundable deposit, and once the item is in stock, we will ship the item immediately.
The reason of pre ordering is because some of the item might only produced in limited quantity; therefore we might not have the 'pre order item' in stock when it has released, so by placing your pre order, we will 100% guarantee reserve them for you.
All pre order item post will state the release period; please do understand the risk of being delay before placing your pre order, and we are not responsible and accept the deposit refund due to release schedule is being delay. At last, all pre order deposit are not refundable

Stock Order:
Items ships out in 2-3 days for stock items
Deposit Preorder:
Pay deposit first to preorder. When item release, we will send to the email of deposit order for the request 2nd payment. Please make sure our email toyzmetaverse@gmail.com is not filtered or blocked. And Please log into the same account of paying deposit to pay the balance.
Full Payment Preorder:
Pay full amount upfront and we will ship items 2-3 days when arrive at our warehouse. You can update your shipping address by editing your order at account dashboard or contact us at toyzmetaverse@gmail.com / instagram @toyzmetaverse
Return Policy:
We will always try our best to satisfy your expectation and fulfill your interest by sourcing different brand or kind of quality merchandises; however not all products are perfect due to differentiation in each person preference.
Return will be eligible if item is found to have defect or missing parts, we will require evidence or photos proof by email us to toyzmetaverse@gmail.com ; and we will try to resend you the missing part or arrange the return shipping.
We will not accept any return under below condition:
-Improper use or lack of maintenance
-Opened and used items
-Minor cosmetic paint issues
-Package condition
However, we will responsible for the shipping if:
you have received a totally different item from what you have paid for
under any circumstance, it is clearly the mistake was made by us that cause certain damage of the item
