Return will be eligible if item is found to have defect or missing parts, we will require evidence or photos proof by email us to Toyzmetaverse@gmail.com ; and we will try to resend you the missing part or arrange the return shipping.
We will not accept any return under below condition:
-improper use or lack of maintenance
-opened and used items
However, we will responsible for the shipping if:
you have received a totally different item from what you have paid for
under any circumstance, it is clearly the mistake was made by us that cause certain damage of the item
